Officials from more than 10 countries walked out during an address by Israeli President Isaac Herzog at a summit in Azerbaijan. Delegations from Turkey, Pakistan, Kuwait, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia and Iran were among those reported to have left the hall at the CICA event.
