The airline said on Thursday that its Rapid Rewards program will introduce Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers from January 2027, replacing the existing A-List and A-List Preferred levels with Silver and Gold, respectively. The new Platinum tier will include unlimited Companion Pass trips on Southwest-operated flights, subject to availability.
