Annual inflation up to 3.8% in the euro area - Forex Factory

The euro area annual inflation rate was 3.8% in September 2026, up from 3.2% in August. A year earlier, the rate was 2.2%. European Union annual inflation was 3.8% in September 2026, up from 3.2% in August. A year earlier, the rate was 2.6%. These figures are published by Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union. The lowest annual rates were registered in Sweden (1.0%), Hungary and Denmark (both 2.1%).
