Editor's Note: Eurozone inflation climbed to 3.8% in September, its highest level in three years. In an exclusive interview with CGTN's Zou Yun, European Central Bank (ECB) President Christine Lagarde said the rise was largely driven by energy prices, with no clear signs yet of second-round effects on wages and prices.
