The regional office of the National Police reported this, according to Ukrinform. The attack also damaged 72 residential properties and five cars in the Bucha district. Two houses were completely destroyed. In the Vyshhorod district of the Kyiv region, the Russian strike damaged two private houses and five cars. Police are working at the sites of the Russian strikes. Investigators have opened criminal proceedings over war crimes under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. As Ukrinform reported, the Kyiv Regional Military Administration earlier said that six people had been injured and three were missing following a Russian attack on Irpin, in the Bucha district of the Kyiv region, overnight on October 19.
