Seven more people were injured, including a 15-year-old boy. One man, aged 39, is in serious condition. Four others are in moderately serious condition,” Vilkul wrote. He added that damage assessments were ongoing. According to the latest information, 17 apartment buildings had been damaged, with nearly 50 windows shattered and three roofs damaged. An industrial facility, a post office, a bank, a college, shops and cars were also damaged.
