The acquisition reinforces IBM's strategy of expanding its cybersecurity portfolio while capitalizing on the growing demand for secure hybrid cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. Logiq Consulting specializes in cybersecurity assurance, secure systems engineering, digital transformation and managed security services. Its expertise spans the U.K. defense industry, critical national infrastructure and the broader public sector. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
