Um, it's not so easy, okay? Basically, SpaceX would have to acquire Tesla. 00:23 Speaker B And we think it'll be an all stock deal. And remember, you know, uh, Elon Musk controls SpaceX, 85% voting. He does not control Tesla, right? It's a 20%. 00:39 Speaker B So there would have to be a pretty strong premium, uh, in order to acquire Tesla.
