According to relatives, there may have been two people in the building,” Tiurin said. According to him, search and rescue operations were ongoing, with specialists looking for another person. Earlier, the regional governor reported that the Russian strike had caused fires in two residential buildings in Khmelnytskyi. Two people were hospitalized, while another person received medical attention at the scene. Rescuers and all necessary emergency services were working at the site.
