According to Ukrinform, resolutions No. 1060‑r and No. 1061‑r dated October 15 2026 have been published on the Government portal. The funds come from this year’s budget appropriations for the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development under the program “Implementation of Comprehensive Resilience Plans for Regions and Selected Cities,” totaling UAH 3,772.9 million. Almost UAH 2.2 billion will be provided as a subvention to regional budgets. Another UAH 1.4 billion will go to the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development to carry out projects in the regions. Dnipropetrovsk region will receive UAH 1.9 billion, including UAH 1.2 billion for uninterrupted heating, UAH 407.2 million for distributed generation, UAH 188.
