Ukrinform reports this, citing a Telegram post by Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration. The Russian strikes caused power outages in some parts of the region. Repair crews are already working to restore electricity supplies. Critical infrastructure facilities are running on backup power. As Ukrinform previously reported, emergency power cuts were introduced in Odesa region on October 18 following a Russian attack.
