Musk also said that SpaceX and Tesla , his auto manufacturer, have formed special committees to discuss a merger. Tesla shares were up 1%. Space stocks — Other aerospace companies were higher following SpaceX's earnings jump. Rocket Lab rose 2.5%, while AST SpaceMobile was higher by almost 3%. Firefly Aerospace jumped 3.5%.
