Fast-growing e–commerce logistics provider Stord has made the largest acquisition since its founding 11 years ago, acquiring rival AMS Fulfillment, which processes online orders for more than 150 beauty, wellness and direct-to-consumer brands. Transaction terms were not disclosed, but Stord said in a news release on Wednesday that the sales price was nine figures. The deal includes 10 warehouses with nearly 1.3 million square feet of storage, packing and shipping space across Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and Philadelphia, bringing Stord's global network to more than 100 own-controlled and partner locations, the company announced on Wednesday.
