Why Tesla shareholders should be 'a little bit nervous' about a SpaceX merger

And so if this went through, it would be the largest merger in history with SpaceX at roughly like a $2.2 trillion market cap and Tesla at $1.7 trillion market cap. I think that's a problem that maybe Tesla shareholders should be a little bit nervous about.
