Brazil’s President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has won an unprecedented fourth term, thanking Brazil’s youth for helping to defeat right-wing Senator Flavio Bolsonaro with more than 51% of the vote. Bolsonaro said he would not concede defeat and would seek to annul the result.
