Anthropic's headcount nearly tripled in a year. Its revenue grew 13x. That pushed the AI lab's revenue per employee over the past year to more than $6.6 million, up from $1.4 million a year earlier, according to the IPO prospectus it filed Monday. Anthropic (ANTH.PVT) had about 5,300 employees as of Sept. 30. Only Nvidia does better Nvidia (NVDA) brings in about $7.2 million per employee, by Yahoo Finance calculations. Meta (META) is at $3.6 million. Apple (AAPL), at $3.1 million, brings in less than half as much per worker as Anthropic. Amazon (AMZN), with more than 1.5 million workers, is at $0.5 million.
