Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced this on Telegram following a meeting of the Kyiv Defense Council, Ukrinform reports. “We discussed the safety of bridge infrastructure in the capital at the Defense Council meeting amid the enemy’s escalating attacks on critical infrastructure. In particular, specialists from the city’s relevant institutions are developing additional technical solutions to preserve the structural integrity of bridge crossings over the Dnipro River,” Klitschko wrote. He added that military officials had presented their proposals on the matter. According to Klitschko, the meeting also addressed the implementation of a project to build combined water crossings over the Dnipro and access roads leading to them.
