According to the investigation, from 2017 to 2021, he systematically misappropriated funds belonging to residents of the Ternopil region and a public organization by gaining unauthorized access to bank cards and accounts and abusing the victims' trust. The total losses exceeded UAH 1 million. Through cooperation between Ukrainian law enforcement agencies and their Norwegian counterparts, the suspect was detained and extradited to Ukraine.
