Apple (AAPL) has done something company observers never thought it would: launched a MacBook with a touchscreen display. Called the MacBook Pro with PROLED XDR Display, the laptop gets, you guess it, an XDR OLED touchscreen, with better colors and brightness than standard LCD displays. Available in 14-inch and 16-inch options, the MacBook Pro with PROLED XDR Display also gets the iPhone's Dynamic Island, which houses the laptop's Center Stage webcam. It's also where you'll find Siri AI and app Live Activities. Inside, the notebooks can be outfitted with either Apple's M5 Pro or M5 Max processors. All of that, however, will cost you. The 14-inch model starts at a wallet-draining $2,899, while the 16-inch will set you back $3,199.
