Russian strike damages veterinary center in Chernihiv, killing dog and injuring three women

The National Police of Ukraine reported the incident, according to Ukrinform. The attack occurred at around 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. According to police, Russian forces used a Bandrol missile-drone in the strike. Three women, aged 59, 40, and 18, were also injured in the attack, police said. The incident will be entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under Article 438 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code, which covers war crimes. As reported, four people were injured in a Russian drone strike on Chernihiv on October 28.
