Eurozone Manufacturing Growth Remains Solid in October - TradingView

The S&P Global Eurozone Manufacturing PMI edged down to 52.7 in October 2026, from September’s four-year high of 52.9, but came in slightly above the preliminary estimate of 52.4, signaling continued expansion in the manufacturing sector. Output growth slowed to a four-month low but remained solid overall. Total new business increased at a softer pace, while employment continued to increase and purchasing activity expanded at its fastest pace since May 2022. Manufacturers also stepped up stockpiling to the greatest extent in nearly four years, as supplier delivery times lengthened and input cost inflation accelerated.
