(RTTNews) - Marvell Technology, Inc. (MRVL), a fabless semiconductor company, said Monday that it has agreed to acquire optical and photonic products maker Lumentum Holdings Inc. (LITE) in an all-stock deal with an implied enterprise value of $115 billion.
