The transaction covers phoenixNAP's managed VMware cloud services business and Veeam-based backup and disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS) business, serving U.S. clients from phoenixNAP facilities in Phoenix, Arizona, and Ashburn, Virginia. Terms were not disclosed.
