Expedient Acquires phoenixNAP's U.S. Managed VMware Cloud Business

Deal expands Expedient's VMware Cloud Foundation footprint as phoenixNAP clients keep their environments, engineers and service levels PITTSBURGH, Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Expedient, a Cloud Service Provider delivering Intelligent Infrastructure for the AI era, today announced it has acquired the U.S. managed VMware cloud business of phoenixNAP, a Phoenix-based global IT services provider. The transaction covers phoenixNAP's managed VMware cloud services business and Veeam-based backup and disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS) business, serving U.S. clients from phoenixNAP facilities in Phoenix, Arizona, and Ashburn, Virginia. Terms were not disclosed.
