(RTTNews) - Organigram Global Inc. (OGI) and Aurora Cannabis Inc. (ACB) have entered into an arrangement agreement under which Organigram will acquire all outstanding Aurora shares for C$7.80 apiece, valuing Aurora at approximately C$561 million.
