As far as I can tell, the initial stages of production are already under way. The first tests appear to have been carried out. The next step is to refine the system and adapt it to the relevant launcher. I hope that can be done over the coming months . Given how quickly Ukraine’s defence industry can innovate and adapt to changing circumstances, I believe the first Freya missiles could be ready for serial production within a year. I hope that happens before next winter ,” said the military analyst.
