Lincoln, Cross Ocean buy distressed Addison office campus with $100M makeover in mind

Chase Prospere, senior vice president at Lincoln Property Company with an aerial view of 15301 Dallas Pkwy in Addison (Getty, Lincoln Property Company, Google Maps) Cross Ocean Partners and Lincoln Property Company are gambling that a $100 million renovation plan of The Colonnade office campus on the Dallas North Tollway will turn the 59 percent leased property around. The pair announced that they acquired the three building, 12.5-acre, 1 million-square-foot office campus out of receivership on Tuesday, according to the Dallas Morning News. While the price for the campus wasn't reported, by square footage it's the second largest office sale of 2026.
