Finnish Defense Minister Antti Hakkanen said this in an interview with Euronews , Ukrinform reports. Hakkanen blamed a lack of political willingness in Washington for delays in delivering U.S.-made Patriot interceptor missiles to Ukraine, despite European allies having already paid for them.
